4. Feedback & Refinement: We regroup after each introduction to refine and adjust.

Full Matchmaking Experience
• Active Duration: 1 year of active matchmaking support.
• Ultimate Expiry: Must be completed within 2 years of purchase.
• Pause Option: You may pause up to 2 times if you meet someone and wish to focus on that relationship. Pausing freezes your time.
• Completion: Package is considered complete after 2–3 introductions or 2 years, whichever comes first.
• Non-Refundable: Once the search begins, packages are non-refundable.
